This course consists of ON-HAND experience with Raspberry Pi RP2040 Micro-controller basics & interfacing with hardware. One will learn to interface various hardware using Phython IDE. You can do ROBOTICS by yourself after this course.

Course Duration: 6 Weeks (4 days a week with 1.5 Hours a day (OR) 3 days a week with 2 Hours a day (OR) Weekend - Saturday & Sunday with 3 Hours a day).

Prerequisite:  Age: 12 years [7th Passed]. Must have completed the course "Fundamentals of Electrical and Electronics"  (OR)

Had passed 12th standard / Studying B.E / B.Sc. etc.,

Outline:

• Basics of Micro controller 

  • To read any datasheet

  • Phython IDE Installation, Configuration

  • Phython IDE Programming Structure

  • Programming and uploading using Arduino IDE

• Introduction to various interfacing hardware.

• Programming Raspberry Pi RP2040, interfacing hardware and uploading using Phython IDE

They will learn the following:

18. Tilt Sensor (Robotics)

19. 4 Digit Seven Segment Display (Clock, 

        Temperature etc)

2. Basic Codes to interface with these hardware

3. These hardware covers all core engineering project requirement.

4. Support for further application during the course.

Student Contribution:

1. Breadboard : Around Tie-840 Points board 1 or 2Nos.

2. Single stud wires, Micro USB data cable of mobile, Laptop.

3. Plain Note book

4. Box to place all the components.

You will be given:

1. Raspberry Pi RP2040.

2. All hardware (First 7 + Any ONE from the remaining) with required Resistors, Two types of LEDs, Variable Resistors, Capacitors, Button switch etc.

3. Required reading materials

Certificate: Daily progress will be monitored and successful completion is required. Oral Questioning session for 5 min.s and Practical Test.
